My coaching method is based on more than 20 years of experience in executive roles & a decade leading one of New Zealand’s largest organisations. Supported by fantastic people, I have steered companies to achieve substantial growth & fostered a company culture ranked among the top 10% in the world (McKinsey).
But it hasn’t been without its challenges - I've faced tough times & setbacks along the way, and these experiences have been just as valuable as my successes. This lived experience comes with me into every coaching session.Â
What sets my approach apart is that I don’t just coach the leader, I support the person behind the role - helping them create success that feels meaningful both professionally and personally.
I work with a maximum of 10 clients at any one time, ensuring every coaching partnership receives the depth, focus, and attention it deserves.
