Whether you’re leading a growing business or function, navigating stakeholder relationships, or cultivating a high-performance culture, I can support you across a wide range of areas. This could include building confidence, overcoming imposter syndrome, managing change, communicating effectively, or addressing complex people and business challenges.
I offer personalised 1:1 coaching, working with a maximum of 10 clients at a time. All programmes are available globally via Teams, with in-person sessions offered to Auckland-based clients.

Semi-Structured CoachingÂ

This comprehensive option follows a semi-structured format, built around you. The aim is to generate an individual plan and goals across key areas. My framework takes you through:
The Self:Â Deep dive into values, passions, strengths, & wellbeing practices to enhance your energy & presence.
Self & Team:Â Improve leadership impact, foster high engagement, & build a high-performance team culture.
Business & Action:Â Turn insights into actionable plans, address business challenges, & set clear goals with ongoing mentoring & support.

Time investment:Â 6-months (with option to extend) - Includes 8 sessions (75mins) every three weeks + a 2-hour introductory meeting.
Bespoke Coaching & MentoringÂ

We focus on specific areas where you need support while integrating relevant elements from the semi-structured programme to optimise energy & performance.
Topics can include leadership challenges, stakeholder management, effective communication, imposter syndrome, growth, change, performance, business strategy, & transformation.
The goal is to define clear personal, leadership. & business objectives, along with a plan to achieve them.

Short Intensive Coaching

A more intensive coaching option to help you through immediate challenges or opportunities. This might include things like personal leadership, people issues, growth, strategy, performance, or any pressing business problem.
This option provides hands-on support for immediate change & impact, incorporating relevant insights from the wider programme.Â
The goal is to tackle and execute on short-term objectives.

Time investment:Â 3-months - Includes one session every week (60mins) for 12 weeks + a 2-hour introductory meeting.

Career Reset Programme

Time investment:Â 4 x 1.5-hour sessions (plus a final 30-minute wrap-up), with guided exercises between sessions.

Working with the powerful Leadership Circle 360™ tool, we'll crystalise what’s driving your leadership, & what may be holding you back. The tool will reveal how you balance tasks & relationships, & how you tend to lead under pressure. An accredited coach will guide you through the survey & provide two hours of personalised coaching to unpack the results & pinpoint key areas to focus on. This tool can also be used with your own team to support individual development or strengthen collective leadership.
CliftonStrengths Finder™
We’ll use the world-renowned CliftonStrengths Finder™ tool to gain clarity on what you’re naturally best at & where to focus your energy for maximum impact. An accredited coach will run the survey & host a private session to unpack your results - identifying key talents & development areas. The tool can also be used across entire teams, providing a powerful lens on collective strengths & potential blind spots. It offers a practical way to lead more effectively by leveraging team members’ strengths.
